Bird Watching with TRGT

Join is on June 7, 2024 for a bird watching hike in the Tennessee River Gorge! Birding is an excellent way to enjoy the gorge by observing the diversity of birds for which our region is widely known. There are over 100 species we could potentially encounter while birding in the gorge!

Ages: 10 and up

Meeting Location: The Aetna Mountain Trails parking lot off of River Gorge Dr. 

Participants will meet TRGT at the trailhead parking lot for a hike on the Aetna Mountain Trails. 

Please bring your own water, wear weather appropriate clothing, and closed toed hiking boots or shoes. Also, we highly encourage you to bring a pair of binoculars if you have one!
